Information from Artworks Wales: 'Artists have been working alongside landscape architects and planners to transform the centre of Caerphilly, helping to revive the spirit of the town. The Tourist Information Centre stands in a prime site opposite Caerphilly Castle. The balustrade/railings were commissioned as part of the town's improvement scheme.'
