A stone boulder stands on a concrete base in front of two wooden vertical elements, one slightly taller than the other, which have been cut obliquely at the top. On each upright is a triangle of wood on which a plaque has been nailed.
On one plaque: This sculpture/is a celebration/of the work of artist/Paul Caton/working in partnership/with children from/local schools and/Madeley Court Hotel./It is also a lasting tribute to/Angela Draper,/past Headteacher of/ Woodside Infant School,/who was held/in high esteem/by us all.
