     Earthwork depicting a badger.
          The work was commissioned in 1993 as part of the Highway % for Art Programme and cost £15,000. The artist has explained, 'the badger was designed to integrate with the rural environment, create awareness about local ecology, and provide a landmark for the village and the nearby country centre and its activities.'(1)
