Summary

Type Fountain

     Cast-iron fountain in the form of an opening tulip. Painted green. Palm like leaves. (Buildings of Wales states that formerly the fountains were decorated with numerous birds.) Moulded base on a circular plinth with cast plaques to each face.
     Presented by Dr. Evan Pierce to mark Queen Victoria's Jubilee in 1887.
