Type Fountain

     Cast-iron fountain in the form of an opening tulip. Painted green. Palm like leaves. (Buildings of Wales states that formerly the fountains were decorated with numerous birds.) Basin surrounded by modern inlaid stone pavement.
     Presented by Dr. Evan Pierce to mark Queen Victoria's Jubilee in 1887.
