Summary

Type Fountain

     Polished granite slab with bronze plaque to front set against wall. Stone trough in front. Filled with flowers. Iron piping in place across lower front of granite slab.

Incised lettering on bronze plaque fixed to granite slab. In English and Welsh. English inscription on left-hand side: PRESENTED BY / MRS WYNNE YORKE, TO THE INHABITANTS OF LLANSANNAN, / IN MEMORY OF / HER BELOVED HUSBAND / PEIRCE WYNNE YORKE, / OF DYFFRYN ALED, / OBIT DECR. 10TH 1891. / THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS UPON THE WATERS / PSA. XXIX.3.
