     Abstract black steel sculpture set against a polished granite pier.
     The sculpture was commissioned by Allied Steel and Wire as a gift to South Glamorgan County Council. The building (formerly South Glamorgan County Hall) was built 1986-7.
     The sculpture represents the history of South Glamorgan.
