1951 Newcastle-under-Lyme Coat of Arms


Type Coat of Arms

     The Newcastle-under-Lyme coat of arms has a shield charged with a river and three fish, below castle with three towers, and a lion flanked by two fleur-de-lys. The crest is a lion holding a flag, the supporters are black lions holding scythes. The motto reads 'PRISCA CONSTANTIA'. The coat of arms is colourfully painted with its official colours.
