Royal Society of Sculptors’ new exhibition is now open. The new show, Parallel Lines: Sculpture and Drawings brings together drawings from the Ingram Collection of Modern British Art which are paired with works by contemporary sculptors, in a conversation which plays out across the paired works and the show as a whole.
The original drawings are from sculptors including Barbara Hepworth, Elizabeth Frink, Henry Moore, Lynn Chadwick, Eric Grill, Allen Jones and Eduardo Paolozzi.
They are paired with drawings by contemporary artists including Zachary Eastwood Bloom, James Capper, Jodie Carey, Richard Deacon RA, Sokari Douglas Camp, Laura Ford, Tania Kovats, Langlands & Bell, Hew Locke, William Mackrell, Susie MacMurray, Humphrey Ocean, Cathie Pilkington RA, Amy Stephens, Susan Stockwell and Susan York.
